While public schools are closed for the Teachers Convention on November 10, students are invited to Experience Willow for a Day. Visiting students will spend the entire school day engaged in innovations found only at Willow, such as:
Dive into Systems Thinking.
Systems Thinking is one of the most effective ways to help students understand our complex world and empower them to create positive change. Willow pioneered the use of Systems Thinking with elementary and middle school students and we would love to share that with your child.
Learn by doing.
At all grades, Willow students are involved in project-based learning. Your child, too, will be encouraged to partake in our hands-on experiential projects and inquire, think critically, make connections, and communicate their ideas.
Practicing virtues.
Our students don’t simply talk about virtues, but they practice them every day through our Virtues Program. Our students’ commitment to Willow virtues like respect, responsibility, gratitude, service, honest, and more will ensure that your child has a great day at Willow and will get them thinking about their own values and ethics.
Learning with joy.
We like to say that joy makes us brighter. We have created a dynamic curriculum, infused with joy, that vibrates across our entire campus. Come see it for yourself!
