How to Apply
Applications for the 2023-24 school year are due on February 1. Applications received before February 1 will be notified in a first round of acceptances in early March 2023. After our application deadline, The Willow School operates on a rolling admissions basis, and families will be notified of acceptance within four to six weeks after the application is submitted. Select spots may be available to for 2022-23 school year, and Willow does accept mid-year transfers. Director of Enrollment Management Lisa VanderVeen is available to answer all of your questions!

STEP 1
Start a Conversation

STEP 2
Submit Your Application
The Willow School uses the Standard Application Online (SAO). You will need to create an account to complete the application. The SAO simplifies and standardizes the independent school admissions process. You can apply to multiple schools using this platform.
STEP 3
Student Visit and
Teacher Meet-and-Greet
Once your application is received, you will be contacted by the Director of Enrollment Management to schedule a student visit and teacher meet-and-greet.
Notification of Decision
Families will be notified in the first round of admissions decisions in March and on a rolling basis after that. To secure your child’s spot, please return the contract and tuition deposit within two weeks of the acceptance date.
