Parents Association
All parents of The Willow School are members of the Parents’ Association (PA). An active and vibrant part of the Willow community, the organization’s chief goal is to make sure that Willow families have the best experience possible! The PA’s objective is to enhance community amongst all of our parents, faculty, and students, while supporting the philosophy and goals of Willow. We do this through hosting events and programs throughout the year, as well as always being available for feedback and your ideas.
The PA meets regularly and plans both community-building and fundraising events throughout the year. The PA hosts our Family Picnic, Monday Meets, a book club, our annual Fall Gathering, and more. They help plan and volunteer to support important school events such as Harvest Soup and Family Day. PA-organized fundraisers include the Holiday Bazaar and the Green Gala, the school’s largest fundraiser of the year! Members of the PA volunteer on campus in our library or garden, run the Willow Closet that helps families sustainably source necessary gear, and beautify our campus. Simply put, we could not provide Willow’s virtues-based, student-centered educational experience without the support of our amazing community of parent volunteers.
